In skincare, as in life, fallacies abound! Like brushing your hair a hundred strokes before bedtime, some of the other "tried and true" approaches to beauty regimens may be more tried than true. Even something as basic as facial cleansing technique may warrant another look. Some practices may actually be undoing the good you're attempting by watching your sun exposure, eating your veggies and downing eight glasses of H2O daily.
